Grape Street Divisions

Alright, everyone us leaders have went over something cool, that will expand role-play areas, and Role-play with inside of the gang.

Today, I will be buying GSC, 5 additional gang cars, and 2 Custom HQ's.

These 2 new HQ's will be added to a knew block, we are gonna take it easy, until we officially make our 3 different sets.

There will be a amount of people that take on these sets.

I am gonna leave, Colt with spot 1 witch is our HQ now.

Division Names:
Watts 103rd Grape- Jefferson Turf, where HQ is now.
Watts 17th Grape- Witch will be at Old Murdaville 17th Street, witch I will run.
N/A- This set, will be inside of S.F, once 17th is up and running.

Dates:
Payments for HQ/Cars- 2/13/2012
Implemented- Estimated time between 2/20/2012- 2/25/2012

Ranking's of sets:
There is enough high ranks to make 17th possible right now. Therefore I will be setting set Leaders. Sets leaders will be required to hang out on there block, and Role-play with there set.

Watts 17th Grape, will be taking 5-10 members, to start role-play inside 17th Street.

Sets, will have there own recruitment, we will see if we can talk with DGA, to get Division's set for our family, to make it where people will know there division.

Preparation:
1. Organization between leaders.
2. Discussing to the members- Try to make sure, that the gang isn't hanging at 1 spot at all times.
3. Disciplined- Make sure you members don't just run out of the hood to kick it on another street, unless only 1 is on.

Now this is to expand Role-play like a real street gang, witch means all leaders of sets will have to take there part in recruitment, and discipline against there members, to keep them inside of there set. Recruitment is the biggest issue inside of this plan, a wrong way of recruitment you have a set allot bigger then another, witch will draw people to that set, instead of another. So recruitment will need be balanced out.

Starting recruitment for 17th will consist of people that wanna join 103rd, sent to 17th to get the numbers up on 17th then it will go back to normal.

If there is no balance inside of the roster, then 1 of the sets will die, and one will grow. Witch means leaders, need to choose there recruits and do it right, to keep everything balance so this can happen.

This is the hardest thing we have ever tried to complete, therefore its gonna take allot of planning, and thought of the recruitment stage, and how to keep members apart of the sets.

Colt is a good leader, and the leaders have been chosen randomly to stop from choosing favorites, and all that. I have divided everything between the gang to each of us.

What Will Consist on 17th:
Custom HQ 1: Barber shop, that has a swing door, to go to a back room, witch will have a club, and office inside of it.
Custom HQ 2: Chop Shop, this will make it so members from other sets can RP'ly steal cars, and such and bring it to this place.

Now, we would like the sets to RP together, so we need to set up Role-play events that, brings the sets together.

Role-play Ideas:
1. Barbecue- Get the sets together to RP'ly eat, and kick it with one another.
2. Chop Shop- Members, from the 3 sets will take cars to 17th to turn them in for 15k-50k for the Role-play they did, from my hand.
3. Weapons shop- Weapons shop already on 103rd, therefore members can RP'ly buy weapons from the 103rd members, so there is Role-play from both sets.
4. Hair Cuts- Members from 103rd, and S.F sets can come to 17th to get a hair cut RP'ly from one of the members
5. Parties- People from 17th can come to 103rd, and party inside of the Market, that will be renamed to the club.
6. Attacks, sets will meet up to attack others, and protect each other.
7. Drugs- The S.F set will be built off of smuggling drugs, inside of L.S for the GSC to sell inside of L.S

This is allot of Role-play events that can take place all the time, between the sets.

Another reminder, recruitment has to be strict, in order to keep this going. It is our jobs, to make each other the sets big, but also active, to where there is role-play between them all the time. This being done, could put 103rd up to 15 members at a period of time, and 17th with 15 at a period of time, also S.F with a good 10, on at the same time. This would make us the biggest gang inside of L.S. Also this wouldn't interfere with 1 mass spot of players.

I am gonna hold a discussion about this today, later on and we will see what we can do to make both sets huge.

When everything is up and running, I would like to roll in San Fierro. I love rping out there an for some reason like to be out there.

I wanna run SF!

Its already been decided you running the GSC set out inside of S.F Hospin. Owen, I will put you on temp, set leader for 17th. Also, the S.F set will no be done for a good while.

The reason for the S.F set not being done, quickly is due to that we gotta see how the 17th set goes. It will be pointless putting in 2 sets that fail at the same time, and put allot of work inside of it. After the 17th set is up and running, the S.F set will be looked into, and done properly, if we do well with the 17th set, and 103rd stays good.

You and Hopsin will be running San Fierro set, we will be getting a HQ set up there sometime near the end of March, beginning of April.
NOTICE:
There will not be many people going to 17th, Bizzy and Lucky will be running 17th from the ground up with a few members.

This looks real good man. I hope that we can get this done. With two more set's, we will run San Andreas. I am loving this idea. We tried something like this in VLA, and the ONLY reason it failed was because the clique leader stopped playing.
