Regarding Ranks, Points, RP, (New) Authority, and Non-RP Behavior/Vehicles

For those of you wondering about how to get your Ranks up, or possibly something along the lines of Points etc... I'm here to tell you to not ask In Game to any Rank 5 or higher (See the list in the Main Page to see whose a Rank 5 or higher) to get ranked up. As you RP with the gang and hang around for Drive by's, defending the hood, or other RP events, we will see when it is fit for anyone to get a rank up. We will keep an eye out for everyone seeing if their RP has improved, are loyal, and can take care of themselves on a regular basis for a rank up. Asking to get ranked up in /f chat or OOC in /pr will do nothing good for you, infact it will probably make things worse. If you are a Rank 2 or higher, and you ask how to get your rank up constantly, you will be demoted. Now please don't tend to ask how to get your rank up.
Now for Points:
Many may want to try to join us for the reason of doing Points. There seems to be a problem though however, as we will be using the same skin as the Idlewood Ballas and same skins as the Gangster Disciples and as well as Long Beach Boulevard Crips. This is not the only problem, as doing points is VERY risky for getting any gang strikes. As well as we aren't interested in points like previous gangs such as BBS, we are here to have fun with Roleplaying primarily, so we will be hosting plenty of Roleplay events to cover up for the loss of doing points. Although we are gonna be a primary Roleplay gang as just stated. If you do see us doing points, don't assume we are going to start doing it and don't beg anyone to ask if we can do point, we will be doing it on the rare occasion if anything.
As well as the issue of Authority within the gang:
Alright, well I have been hearing and I know for a fact that some of the lower ranks such as Rank 1's, 2's and perhaps 3's won't listen to commands given by higher ranks such as R4-R6's. This is not a good thing, it doesn't matter what rank whoever is on may be, as long as they have more authority then you (shown by their rank) you must listen to what they have to say or demand from you. Just because me or Bizzy may not be on, doesn't mean that it's your chance to slack off, we want you to keep RPing, and we have our trusted member's making sure or trying to get this to happen. If you're a R1 or R2 and am not listening to a R3, you will be hearing it from me and Bizzy when we get on.
And then we have the Non-RP Behavior/Vehicles:
This is an increasing problem throughout our gang and community, and have came to realize this throughout most timezones. It's like this, if your an admin, especially someone such as a Gang Moderator, and they happen to spectate one of our member's randomly (which all of them do when they come online, they scroll through our family, spectating everyone) and they see them Crackshooting, Quickswapping, OOC dueling inside the hood, or even just a random bullet being shot into the street, that's non-RP Behavior, and we tend to have to take responsibility as leader's to give you guys shit for it, and get in shit from the Admins. Hence the fact that I'm here to talk about if you see a higher rank such as Bizzy, or other R5's etc, don't go ahead and do it yourself, if it's Bizzy, more then not, he's probably drunk and will get off (wisely). Also, don't bring cars such as the Hotring, Patriot, Vortex for example to the hood, you don't go to the ghetto of each city and see a broke ass gangster flying a high-tech Vortex around, like for real. ALSO, talking about Gang cars, for the gang car's, I wish for every gang car being pulled out, RETURNED, this is just another issue that's came to my attention and is starting to become a very big problem and annoyance. If you bring it out, please for the love of god, return them, it just adds another task that us as the leaders or higher ranking member's gotta do in returning them.
Lastly RP:

Another thing is when you see a higher rank RPing with a group of people whose around him, go engage some RP with one of the people in the circle, doesn't matter what Rank you are, and again if we see you doing this or RPing well, we will consider or put in word for anyone to get a Rank up. Don't stand around doing anything while making the Rank 5's and higher RP with every single person around the hood. If your friend wishes to join, prove his RP by getting him to RP with anyone in the gang, or RP with him yourself infront of other people in the gang.

Very good thing, I hope that there will be even better roleplay then now, when we create sets.
